Virtual Therapy

Virtual therapy, also known as teletherapy or online therapy, is a form of mental health treatment delivered remotely, typically through video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. This approach offers accessibility and convenience, allowing individuals to connect with therapists from their own homes or any location with internet access.

A modern take on traditional therapy all from the comforts of your own home!

Emotional Support Animal

Pets Are More Than Just Animals They’re Emotional Companions

If your pet helps you manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, or another mental health condition, you may qualify for an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letter that allows your companion to live with you, even in housing that typically doesn’t allow pets.

An Emotional Support Animal Letter is a document written by a licensed mental health professional that verifies:

  • You have a mental health condition that limits one or more major life activities
  • Your emotional support animal provides therapeutic benefit to alleviate symptoms of that condition

This letter is often required by landlords to waive pet fees, breed restrictions, or no-pet policies in accordance with the Fair Housing Act (FHA)

Perinatal (Pre and Postpartum)

Perinatal Counseling For Moms, By a Mom

Navigating the journey into motherhood—from trying to conceive through pregnancy, birth, and the challenging fourth trimester—is a beautiful, yet incredibly intense, experience. As a mom myself, I get it. You're juggling sleepless nights, figuring out nursing or feeding, and dealing with a whole spectrum of emotions, sometimes feeling completely unlike yourself.

That's why I created a counseling space that truly understands the unique demands of this time. This isn't your typical therapy office. This is a judgment-free, supportive zone designed with your life in mind:

• Virtual & Convenient: Get the support you need right from the comfort of your home, wherever you are.

• Truly Flexible Sessions: Baby needs to nurse? Crying in the background? You need to change a diaper? It's no big deal. Bring your baby, take a break, or let your little one be part of the session. We'll roll with it—your baby’s needs always come first.

• Flexible Cost Options: Quality mental health care should be accessible. We offer various flexible fee structures to help ease the financial burden on your family.

You deserve a space to process the anxiety, the identity shift, the relationship changes, and the sheer exhaustion without having to apologize for being a parent. Let's work together to help you thrive, not just survive, this special time.
